30-day return window

You have 30 days from the date your order is delivered to send an eligible item back to Terralora. Please start the return within this 30-day period.

What can be returned

We accept returns for both defective and non-defective products. For a non-defective return, the product must be in new, unused condition and returned with all parts and accessories that arrived with it.

If an item arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from what you ordered, contact us so we can document the issue and arrange the correct resolution.

Return method and free return label

Returns are accepted by mail. A prepaid return label is included with the package where available. There is no charge for the return label.

If your prepaid return label is missing, damaged, or cannot be used, contact Terralora before sending the parcel and we will provide a replacement return label at no cost.

Please package the item securely and use the supplied return label so the parcel can be identified and tracked correctly.

Exchanges

Exchanges are accepted within the same 30-day return window for eligible products. Contact us before returning the item so we can confirm availability and the exchange instructions.

Fees

• Return shipping label: Free.
• Restocking fee: None (0%).
• No return-handling fee is charged by Terralora for an eligible return under this policy.

Refund processing time

After the returned item is received and reviewed, an approved refund is sent to the original payment method. Terralora processes approved refunds within 30 days of receiving the returned item.

Your bank or card provider may require additional time to display the refund after Terralora has issued it.

How to start a return or exchange

• Contact Terralora and include your order number and the email address used for the order.
• For damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items, include clear photographs of the item, outer box, internal packaging, and shipping label when possible.
• Keep the original packaging until your request has been reviewed.
• Use the prepaid return label supplied with the order, or request a free replacement label from us if needed.
